Please note: Pickups can not be made during public holidays and may also not be available on a weekend were a public holiday falls on a Monday or Friday. Please check prior if you would like to pickup close to a public holiday as to our trading hours for pickup.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Couriers & Post

We use Australia Post predominantly to service most our local and interstate customers, however due to size restrictions we may use a local courier or in busy periods. 

  • Tracking

All items that are packaged are sent tractable, items such as letters may be sent in regular mail. We will take photos of the item before it is sent out. 

  • Insurance

We do not offer any Insurance or cover damages, we do inspect all items prior to them leaving our premises.

Our couriers & Australia Post do not offer insurance on your items - we do pack accordingly to the item being sent with additional boxing and bubble wrap to ensure your item gets there in one piece. If the item is damaged please tell the courier on the spot and make them sign something to say they are aware the item is damaged, then we can try to claim against them if we can. Please contact me direct on the day it arrives once you have that signed paper, so we can do a same day complaint.


Why is the postage coming up so expensive? / Combined Items

  • Incorrect Shipping when combined items

As all websites are, ours to is automated and can sometimes miscalculate postage. in an event were the items you purchased sound too expensive to freight to you please select the option "Post Not Right (Please Quote)". I will review on the next working day and send you a separate payable invoice .

  • Rural, NT, WA and Up North

Sometimes Australia Post comes up so expensive to some areas, but don't say it's over yet! Click "Post Not Right (Please Quote)" this will allow us to compare companies and see if we can repackage the item to save you cost. I will then let you know the total cost for freight and then you can decide if you want to go ahead with the order.
